TOOLS OF THE GAME is a family owned and operated business which started in March of 2003.
The success of our business is largely a result of superior products, superior service, extra attention to detail of customers and our operation, marketing and a high level of knowledge of the industry. In particular, what really sets TOOLS OF THE GAME apart from other sporting goods stores is the fact we only sell higher quality product and maintain our location in relatively suburban areas. By maintaining a distance away from major market competitors and by utilizing proper marketing, we will be able to give reason for those in the surrounding area to buy from our establishment. This will allow us to give absolutely top service and product selection without getting distracted from the very different product selection of the more mass market outlets.
Our strategy is to focus 100% of our time on the market of higher end sporting goods and officially licensed product. We will compliment that with screen and vinyl printing as an additional market tool. By focusing all of our energy and effort on these particular niches we expect to quickly develop and maintain a leadership position. While other competition focus's on single areas, TOOLS OF THE GAME will give customers everything in one stop shopping for their sporting goods needs. Our company will give total focus to this niche: our key personnel and those we have on a consultative basis will be able to respond to the ever changing market and the customers needs. With those on our team we believe we will be able to change much quicker than our competition.
We will offer the best, most highly sought after products, giving personalized service in the marketplace that the customers are in need of. Our intent is to be certain that every customer receives excellent service. We will go out of our way to make sure that our customers know that they truly matter to us.

VISION STATEMENT
Our vision of what our company will become in the future is to develop relationships with key buying agencies (local school districts, youth organizations, baseball/softball centers, soccer organizations etc.), so strong that they view us as an indispensable business partner, as opposed to another supplier. We will work closely with each organization we serve to recommend the best product for their needs. We will constantly seek out and work with those we represent to deliver the most innovative and exciting products possible to the customers we serve.
